How do ranks work?
Each day you pick one exercise. Every rep you log that day adds to your total, and the total sets your rank, from E up to S+. Each exercise has its own ladder. For weighted exercises the ladder depends on the load you choose: heavier weights ask for fewer reps, and adding weight to a bodyweight move never asks for more reps than the move without weight.
Can I change today's exercise?
Before your first set, open the ••• menu on Today and choose Change Exercise. Once you have logged a set, the day belongs to that exercise. Restart Today in the same menu clears today's sets so you can pick again.
When is Martin live?
Most nights at 9 PM Eastern on YouTube and Twitch. The LIVE tab in RepCrowd opens the stream, and you can turn on a notification for when it starts. repcrowd.com/live always goes to the stream.
How do I get my name on the stream?
Keep your profile public (Settings → Social Profile) and train during the stream. Rank-ups, Crowd Set reps and today's top five can appear on screen. With a private profile your name never appears.
What is a Crowd Set?
During a stream Martin starts a one-minute set for everyone. Open RepCrowd when the countdown starts and log every rep. The crowd's total and the top five go on screen.
How does Today's leaderboard work?
It ranks people by how far past their own S+ target they get today, so a heavy deadlift and a set of push-ups compete fairly. 125% of S+ means a quarter past the top rank.
My Apple Watch isn't syncing
Open RepCrowd on your iPhone and keep both devices nearby with Bluetooth on. Sets logged on the Watch are kept until the iPhone confirms them, so nothing is lost while you wait.
I picked the wrong history when signing in
Nothing is lost. The history you didn't pick is kept for 30 days. Open Settings → Previous Histories and tap Restore. Your current history is kept there too, so you can switch back.
How do I report or block someone?
In the live chat, touch and hold a message, then choose Report or Block. Blocked people disappear from your chat straight away. A message that several people report is hidden for everyone while we review it.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings in RepCrowd and choose Delete Account. Your account and all its data are removed from our servers, and this iPhone is cleared. If you would rather keep your login and start your training over, choose Reset Account Data instead.
Is there an Android app?
Not yet. RepCrowd is on iPhone and Apple Watch first.
Does RepCrowd cost anything?
No. RepCrowd is free, with no ads and no in-app purchases.
